As a founding partner of Sullivan McMullan, a law firm I established in 1996, I have had the privilege of building a career that combines my passion for law, business, and commerce. With three decades of experience in real estate law, I have developed a unique expertise that spans national and international borders, with a particular focus on Canadian and global real estate development.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals to institutional investors and large corporations, and have developed a deep understanding of the complex issues that arise in real estate development. My expertise extends beyond real estate, however, and I have also had the pleasure of working with clients in the mining industry, where I have gained a strong understanding of the regulatory and commercial issues that affect this sector. Additionally, I have been involved in the financial technologies sector, where I have advised clients on the legal and regulatory implications of emerging technologies.

In addition to my work as a lawyer, I have also served on the Board of several public corporations where I have gained valuable experience in corporate governance and strategic planning. My Story

Personal Interests

While my career has been focused on law and business, my personal interests are diverse and wide-ranging. I am an avid traveller and have had the opportunity to visit many countries around the world. I am also a car enthusiast and enjoy classic sports cars. In my spare time, I enjoy painting and writing and have published academic articles on a wide range of topics, including law, economics, environmental matters and philosophy.

Family

On a personal note, I am proud to say that my wife and I are the parents of two wonderful children, who bring us joy and fulfillment every day. As a family, we enjoy spending time together, whether it's exploring new places, trying new activities, or simply relaxing at home.
